Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1. Contract and Appointment Confirmation
Upon confirming an appointment and receiving a deposit, a binding agreement is established. The deposit secures the scheduled session and is applied towards the total cost of the planned session.
2. Deposit Amount and Payment Method
A deposit is required to confirm an appointment. The deposit may be made via PayPal or gift cards such as Amazon. The appointment is considered secured only after the deposit has been received.
3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
a) No-Show by Client
If the client fails to appear at the scheduled appointment, the deposit is forfeited in full. The appointment is considered missed without notice, and the client is not entitled to a refund. This provision compensates for the reserved studio space and time invested.
b) Cancellations with 24-Hour Notice
If the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, the deposit will be credited for a rescheduled session. The client has up to two months to arrange a new appointment using the credited deposit. After this period, the deposit will be forfeited without compensation.
4. Rescheduling and Forfeiture of Deposit
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the right to a refund or deposit credit is void. Any new appointment will require a new deposit.
5. Changes and Adjustments
These conditions may be adjusted in specific cases. If changes occur, existing appointments will be honored under the conditions that were in effect at the time of booking.
